How That Information Is Used:

The information we collect is used to process orders and information requests, to improve the content of our website, to notify consumers about product and website updates or problems with requests or orders.

Bushido Tactical will never sell any of your personal information to any third parties unless contacting you first for your permission, or for the sole purpose to process your order or under special circumstances, such as when we believe in good faith that the disclosure is required to prevent harm or injury (such as product recalls, fraud, claims or other liability), or to comply with valid legal processes (subpoenas, warrants) as required by law. .

Our Commitment To The Security of Your Data:

Bushido Tactical will do everything in its power to protect all of your information you enter while making a purchase on our webstore. We use a third party – merchant solutions company to process all credit / debit card transactions and have their own encrypted coding software to protect the end users data.

Please contact us immediately should you encounter any issues of any kind for us to investigate and rectify the matter.

Orders are shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. All orders placed after 2pm EST on Friday, including Saturdays and Sundays, will be shipped on Monday.

We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) with a tracking number / delivery confirmation (no signature required) and charge a flat rate based on the size and weight of all orders. Florida residents pay 6.5% sales tax.  Oversized items not able to fit in standard mailboxes will be left at the shipping address. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages delivered to its final destination. If you would like you package insured, please inquire about additional shipping charges. 

If you would like your order to be expedited, additional shipping charges will apply. Please contact our sales department in advance advising us how you would like your order shipped prior to us packing your order and mailing it out within our time frames.

We ship merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories including Alaska and Hawaii. Not included are Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. Additionally, Bushido Tactical does not ship merchandise to any other international locations due to ITAR regulations and credit card fraud. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the customers doorstep.

SHIPPING TO APO’s:

Due to ITAR Regulations, Bushido Tactical can not ship to APOs outside the USA.

While we proudly support the members of the ARMED FORCES deployed around the world and believe that it is a great privilege to service their needs, we must fully comply with all United States export control laws and regulations. Under these laws and regulations, a shipment for personal use to an APO/FPO that is physically located outside of the United States must be considered an Export, regardless of your military service status, rank, etc.

REFUND, RETURNS and CANCELLATION POLICIES:

If the item you received is not the item you ordered or it is damaged in some way, we will make every effort to replace it as soon as possible. All incorrect or damaged items will need to be returned prior for our inspection before any new item being replaced and mailed out.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have a 14-day return policy on all brand products.

All custom / modification sales are FINAL and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

All items must be returned in its original packaging / condition and must include a copy of the original receipt with the pre-authorized RMA number. A RMA number MUST be obtained prior to returning any item for credit or exchange. To obtain an RMA number, please email sales@bushidotactical.com

If you would like to exchange it for another item of the same value, we will gladly do so, however in either case, return and/or redelivery shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

To make a return, please take the following steps:

* For return of defective products please contact us first at sales@bushidotacticalstore.com.

* Send the item back in the original packaging. The item must be securely wrapped inside the box during transport as we cannot be responsible for shipping damages, and please obtain tracking information in case the package is lost in transit.

* Include a copy of the receipt as well as your name, shipping address, phone number and email, and reason for the return.

* Packages must be returned prepaid- we do not accept COD packages.

All refunds will be applied to the credit card or payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow at least 3 – 10 business days for the refund to appear back on your card or mailed back to you.
